Chair Yoga

I’m happy to share that I am once again teaching at Timberhill Athletic Club in Corvallis, this time offering Chair Yoga! For anyone who can’t deal with getting down to the floor (and that extra challenge, getting back up!), this is for you. We focus on joint mobility, range of motion, balance, and strengthening, in a friendly and compassionate atmosphere. “Use it or lose it”, my friends! Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12 – 1 pm. Must be a TAC member or sponsored visitor to attend, or a free trial day is also available; call TAC for details.
